Developing regional leadership is one of the Partnership’s core priorities and is the foundation of this organization. While investment dollars are vital, leadership is what will drive the success of our short and long-term objectives. CEO Direct is a program to ensure that we have the leaders engaged to reach our potential.
Since the inception in 1994, the Partnership has proven to be the region’s organization for business attraction marketing, public policy advocacy, research and leadership. The CEO Direct program will engage participants in the
issues and opportunities affecting business growth and prosperity in the Tampa Bay region. This program will take participants on a tour around Tampa Bay, visiting leading industries and assets of the region.
Participation is limited to 20-25 program participants. Keeping the class to a small group allows for more opportunities to integrate and build relationships with leadership. This program serves as a launching pad for engagement with the Tampa Bay Partnership. Based on participant’s area of interest and time commitment, we have many opportunities to get involved and make a difference in the issues most important the participant. Past participants who have thoroughly engaged in the program are now serving in leadership positions within the Tampa Bay Partnership.
